The vines are planted on gentle slopes of limestone and clay, where Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are grown. The estate applies the principles of la lutte raisonée.
Wines are vinified in a modern, temperature-controlled winery which is equipped with thermo-regulated stainless steel vats that ensure freshness and preserve the delicacy of the fruit. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately with full traceability.
